Republic Property Group, lead developer of the 7,200-acre Walsh community, located near Fort Worth, Texas, has added three local home builders to the initial phase of the neighborhood. Fort Worth-based MK Homes, Glendarroch Homes, and Parkhill Signature Homes will join the ranks to design and build custom Walsh homes, available starting this fall.
Located 12 minutes west of downtown Fort Worth, the community will showcase a variety of home designs that make reference to Fort Worth’s architectural heritage and the distinctive Texan landscape. The 587 homes built in Walsh’s initial phase range from 3,850 square feet to almost an acre, and start in the upper $200,000s.
