Taylor Morrison has added three new communities in the Greater Atlanta area in which will build more than 250 single-family homes and townhomes. The communities are in the Perimeter area and Chamblee, Ga.
“Our buyers have told us what they are looking for in their new Taylor Morrison home,” says Shawn Cate, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Atlanta division. “With these three new communities, we’re aiming to deliver homes that homebuyers looking for an inspired living experience will love.”
Here’s a look at the new communities:
Townsend at Chamblee offers its Townsend series with just 42 townhomes ranging from approximately 2,490 to 2,527 square feet of living area, priced from the $400s. At the heart of the community will be the planned resort-style amenities including a pool, promenade, and cabana for social gatherings. This community is within close proximity to excellent dining and shopping destinations including Town Brookhaven and high-end retail and restaurants that make up the distinctive Perimeter Mall area. The community’s convenience to I-285 will allow quick workday commutes and weekend excursions into Downtown Atlanta.

Forty-two townhomes will be built in Townsend at Chamblee.
Townsend at Perimeter is a gated community in the Dunwoody’s city with just 87 townhomes within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Park Place, Perimeter Mall, and the surrounding area. Priced from the high $400s and ranging approximately 2,213 to 2,527 square feet, these three-story homes offer a selection of nine floor plans to choose from. Residents will have access to the planned amenities that include a community pool and a cabana.
The Collections at Perimeter Park offers a blend of 100 townhomes and 30 single-family homes in a gated in-town village complete with planned resort-style amenities with pool, playground and a number of pocket parks peppered throughout the community – all close by North Peachtree Road, I-285 and the Perimeter Mall area. Townhomes priced from the $400s and single-family homes priced from high $500s offer a wide selection of 13 floor plans to choose from.
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Taylor Morrison was Atlanta’s sixth-biggest builder in 2016 with 528 closings, according to BUILDER’s Local Leaders data.
