California builder Trumark Homes has announced the grand opening of its model homes at Harmony, a single-family home community in Sunnyvale, California, that is already 60% sold in preliminary virtual sales.
Sunnyvale, located in the heart of Silicon Valley, has seen its home values grow 11.1% from February 2020 to February 2021, according to Zillow’s Home Value Index. The community is made to offer spacious, flexible housing for buyers working from home, according to the builder.
“Harmony was designed for growing families in the Bay Area seeking more permanent housing options and additional square footage in a prime location,” says Tony Bosowski, Northern California division president at Trumark Homes. “Prior to our model grand opening, we had already generated substantial interest and numerous inquiries from potential home buyers. Now it’s time to forge ahead so more people can find their forever homes, and we couldn’t be prouder of the trust they’ve placed in Trumark to get them there.”
The community’s 58 homes are available in a choice of four floor plans, priced starting at $2.45 million, ranging from 2,587 to 2,977 square feet in size with four bedrooms, four to 4.5 bathrooms, large master suites, and walk-in closets. It is located in the Santa Clara Unified School District and offers access to major Silicon Valley employers, including Apple, Google, and Hewlett-Packard.
