Blanco has made a number of recent additions and modifications to its kitchen faucet collections, including the launch of the new Urbena faucet series, the reintroduction of the Linus series with new color finishes, and new water efficiency standards across the entire catalog.

The majority of Blanco’s existing faucet lines have been reengineered to a flow rate of 1.5 gallons per minute, down from 2.2 GPM and a step beyond the commonly used 1.8 GPM flow rate. The new designs are made to offer water savings while still delivering a strong, powerful spray, according to the manufacturer.

Two new colors also are available across the entire faucet portfolio, offered in both full and dual finishes: Coal Black, a matte-black accent finish, and Concrete Gray, a soft gray shade. Blanco now offers a total of six metal finishes, nine full color finishes, and 18 dual finishes with Chrome or PVD Steel across its faucet collections.

“Blanco recognizes the need for more water-efficient products,” states Edyta Drutis, Blanco’s director of brand and communications for North America. “We have transformed our portfolio to provide beautiful and sustainable water-saving faucets to consumers in North America. With our color-coordinated faucet portfolio, designers and homeowners can easily create a stylish, unified look with our Silgranit sinks that will ultimately complement matching bar faucets and soap dispensers while keeping environmental sustainability in mind.”

The relaunched Linus series features a slim profile with a pull-out sprayhead concealed inside. It now operates at the new 1.5 GPM flow rate and features nine new full color finishes. The Urbana faucet collection, new to the U.S. market, features a slim, gooseneck spout design with a pull-down sprayhead concealed inside. It is available in two metal finishes, Chrome and Classic Steel, and nine dual finish color options that combine Chrome with a matching Silgranit sink color.

“The Urbena kitchen faucet collection integrates exceptional functionality with a sleek, modern style,” says Drutis. “Urbena’s award-winning clean lines, concealed sprayhead, angled handle, and 11 finish options make this faucet an exciting and elegant piece for modern kitchens.” blanco.com
