PCBC announces that the 2018 Gold Nugget Awards—the annual program that awards the top innovators in design, planning and development—is now open for entries. The competition is open to builders, developers, architects, and land planners with communities and projects across the United States and internationally.
One Grand Award winner in each category, as well as the coveted “Home of the Year” award winner, will be announced at a special event on Thursday, June 28 at PCBC in San Diego, Calif.

Eligible Entries.
- Any projects or developments that were open for sale, lease, or rental at any time after January 1, 2017 are eligible.
- On the Boards entries must have at least one governmental approval and have forward progress.
- Entries from the United States as well as international projects in all countries are eligible.
- Previous Merit Award winners are eligible for the 2018 program, if they meet eligibility criteria described.

Step 1. Complete the entry application and pay entry fees no later than April 25.
Step 2. Once submitted, the GNA system will generate a unique entry serial number(s) per entry.
Step 3. Entry materials are due by April 25 – Entry requrements here.

Gold Nugget Awards Ceremony—June 28, 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
