Trumark Homes announced that sales have begun in the new community of Jasper in Morgan Hill, California. The 101-unit townhome community features four three-story floor plans ranging from 1,403 to 2,101 square feet, with options for three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four bathrooms.
With a modern farmhouse design, each townhome provides two-car garages, and most plans include a deck. Prices start in the $900,000s.
