The Zest and Covina Bowl communities include 283 flats and townhomes with TruFlex customization for home buyers.

Trumark Homes announced sales have begun for homes at the Covina Bowl and Zest communities near downtown Covina, California. According to the builder, both communities are being developed in line with the city’s reinvestment in the heart of Covina and will provide access and connectivity for residents to enjoy the area’s new recreation and amenities.

Homes in Covina Bowl feature midcentury-inspired architectural design, with a range of designer features and room options. The community includes two neighborhoods: Rows at Covina Bowl and Flats & Towns at Covina Bowl.

Rows at Covina Bowl includes 40 three-story townhomes with two floor plans, ranging from 1,573 square feet to 1,705 square feet, with one to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four bathrooms, plus a two-car garage. Some plans will offer flex rooms, private dens, covered decks, and optional offices. Prices will start in the high $600,000s.

Flats & Towns at Covina Bowl includes 92 two-story flats and three-story townhomes with seven floor plans ranging from 736 square feet to 1,827 square feet, with one to three bedrooms and one-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a one- or two-bay garage or a tandem garage. Some plans will offer optional offices, flex rooms, private dens, and covered decks. Pricing will start in the high $400,000s.

Zest will also include two neighborhoods: Rows at Zest and Flats & Towns at Zest. Rows at Zest includes 44 three-story townhomes with two floor plans ranging from 1,661 square feet to 1,672 square feet, with one to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four bathrooms, plus a two-car garage. Prices will start in the high $600,000s. Flats & Towns at Zest includes 107 two-story flats and three-story townhomes with seven floor plans ranging from 736 square feet to 1,827 square feet, with one to three bedrooms and one-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a one- or two-bay garage or a tandem garage. Prices will start in the high $400,000s for the neighborhood.

The city of Covina plans to create a recreation village in the Zest community, with amenities including commercial and retail space, a library, a dog park, an indoor gym, a fitness facility, and multipurpose rooms for classes and activities, as well as direct pedestrian access to the Metrolink station.

All homes in the Rows at Covina Bowl and Rows at Zest will feature Trumark Homes’ TruFlex. The TruFlex system enables home buyers to customize their homes by choosing from various preset design layouts specific to each level of the home. Between all three floors, there are 18 possible layout combinations at Covina Bowl and 27 possible layout options at Zest.
