Toll Promotes Craig Cherry to President of Jersey Division

Will oversee all Toll Brothers home building operations in New Jersey as well as lead the division’s growth initiatives.

Toll Brothers, Horsham, Pa. (NYSE:TOL) announced the promotion of Craig Cherry to President of its New Jersey Division.

Cherry has served as the division senior vice president since 2016. As division president, Cherry will oversee all Toll Brothers home building operations in New Jersey as well as lead the division’s growth initiatives.

Cherry joined Toll Brothers in 1998 as a Construction Manager. Since then, he has worked in multiple divisions within the company, including an integral role in land acquisition. Under his direction, Toll Brothers has purchased and entitled more than 1,100 home sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

“Craig is an exceptional asset to our organization with invaluable experience navigating New Jersey’s home building landscape,” said Chris Gaffney, Toll Brothers group president. “His expertise and knowledge will help bring new opportunities to expand the division.”

An Essex County native, Cherry earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Craig launched and directed his own construction company. He has volunteered as a motivational speaker for Interfaith Ministries, a non-profit organization addressing homelessness in Monmouth County, and for the last 15 years he has been a dedicated youth sports coach.

The Company also announced that Matt Markovich and John Peck will be joining Jim Majewski as senior vice presidents for the New Jersey Division.
