Cast in Bronze The foundry at Sun Valley Bronze produces a wide variety of architectural door, kitchen, bath, gate, and cabinet hardware pieces that are at once rustic and sophisticated, chunky and sleek. Each of the uniquely designed products is sand-cast from solid silicon bronze or white bronze, then finished by hand. Several stock collections are available in entry and interior door sets, as well as cabinetry hardware such as knobs, latches, and hinges. Kitchen and bath accessories, sinks, and faucets are also available to complement the working hardware.
Sun Valley Bronze’s foundry has the capacity to complete custom projects ranging in size from kitchen cabinet knobs to latch-sets for hundreds of doors.
From concept drawing through prototype and pattern to end product, every step of product development is handled in house. Having a staff of skilled pattern-producers on site is key to the company’s ability to produce custom designed hardware quickly, according to Aimee Commons, Sun Valley’s marketing director. The company has nearly 60 distributors across the country who interface with builders, architects, and designers to deliver both stock and custom-designed hardware. Entry sets can be built around nearly any lock mechanism on the market.
