Taylor Morrison will soon open a new community of 102 homes in Ontario, Calif. Meadowood at Park Place is the first of several new Inland Empire communities for the home builder.
Buyers will have a choice of four open-concept floor plan options ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 square feet, with prices starting in the $400,000s. The two-story homes feature 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3 baths.
The builder has turned its attention to technology in this new community, providing smart home features in each house. Each home comes with standard pre-wiring for a flat-screen television and multimedia outlet in each great room, TV and data outlet combinations in dens, lofts or bedrooms, and has been designed for optimal WiFi connectivity.
Buyers can then add a number of smart upgrades. The “Interactive Home Pre-Wire” package offers conduit and power for a flat-screen television in the master suite, surround sound wiring in the great room and a pre-wire for a WiFi hot spot in two locations. The builder’s Interactive Home package offers two WiFi hotspot coverage devices per installation as well as a SkyBell front doorbell camera/intercom. Additional technology options include a Schlage Sense Smart deadbolt with Bluetooth or dual Nest thermostats.
The community’s 14,500-square-foot amenity center, Parkhouse, offers a resort-style pool, spa, green space, a fitness center, meeting spaces, reading room, full-service business center, movie theater, gourmet catering kitchen and more.
