In the Houston-area community of Parkland Village, the newest section at the master planned community Bridgeland, Darling Homes has opened two new model homes.
Darling Homes, a Taylor Morrison company, has 40 lots in Parkland Village and 28 lots in Hidden Creek, a nearby section within Bridgeland. Homes in its Sanctuary Collection range from approximately 2,400 to 3,000 square feet and are priced from the upper $300s. These one-story homes feature two- and three-car garage options, expansive gourmet kitchens, spacious living areas, and opportunities for outdoor living spaces.
Homes in the Regency and Cornerstone Collections are priced from the upper $500s and range from approximately 3,850 to 5,400 square feet. Formal dining areas, private studies, hearth rooms, and game rooms and offered in these homes.
