Conceived in the spirit of East Coast brownstones found in New York, Boston, and Philadelphia, the townhomes of Symphony Park at Strathmore feature historic architecture, rich exterior details, and a location near transit, shopping, and restaurants.

Adjoining the grounds of The Music Center at Strathmore, the homes feature covered entries lined with limestone and private front gardens. The homes range in size from 3,200 square feet to 4,000 square feet, and each has a flexible floor plan. Because townhomes often have light exposure on two sides only, the architects used large windows to bring light deep into the units. And they finished off the home with special features such as rooftop terraces and luxurious finishes, such as Viking appliances and Waterworks fixtures.
