For the fourth consecutive year, Wells Fargo & Co. has claimed the top spot for total mortgage originations in terms of overall dollar amount loaned. The categories include total originations, originations to minority borrowers, originations to low- to moderate-income borrowers, and originations in low- to moderate-income geographics (neighborhoods).
