Jerry Ellenburg

Jerry Ellenburg is chairman and chief executive officer of ERC Homebuilders, a pioneer build-to-rent (B2R) real estate development company wholesaling mini-neighborhoods of affordable single-family homes. His 35-year career in real estate ownership, management and finance includes 15 years as chairman and general partner of a mobile-home-communities operator, as well as co-ownership of a mortgage brokerage firm.
