Lori Nickleson

Lori Nickleson is the manufacturing operations manager in Andersen’s Bayport 100 Series plant. She began her career at Andersen in 2006 as a value stream supervisor and has held various positions within supply chain and the Andersen Value Stream. In her role, Lori oversees 430 value creators (line employees), 31 team leads, 11 supervisors, and three managers and is responsible for the daily operations within the plant.
