Mark Gianopulos

Mark has over 27 years of experience analyzing residential and commercial opportunities throughout the United States. He’s had the unique experience of working as a developer, builder, Commercial Realtor, and lender for both commercial and residential developments. Mark has been quoted by the Chicago Tribune, speaks at industry events, and is highly regarded as an industry expert. Mark has been a member of the HBAGC, NAHB and has spent five years as a judge for the Crystal Key Awards. Mark has also spent two years serving on the HBAGC Economic Development Committee and was the 2010 Housing Forecast winner of the Federal Reserve’s national Annual Economic Symposium. During his nine years with Metrostudy, Mark has worked with Wall Street, hedge funds, municipal government agencies, lenders, developers, and builders throughout the US to help analyze and assess residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use portfolios and developments during the due diligence process.
