Quita Syhapanya

Quita Syhapanya directed Metrostudy’s expansion operation into the Northeast Region in early 2013. Quita is currently responsible for research, client relations, and consulting with industry related clients in regards to the housing market, as well as advising clients on strategic plans in the current economic environment. His expertise and background consists of many industries where he assumed a variety of roles in banking, mortgages, investment banking, commercial real estate, and residential real estate. Quita is a graduate of Temple Universities Fox School of Business. He frequently does speaking engagements for local HBA’s, real estate seminars, bank functions, private equity seminars, colleges and business schools in diverse topics. Quita has taken part in several panels and asked to present on an assortment of subjects that span his professional expertise to issues that are relevant today.
