Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the live Builder 100 event has been moved from May to Sept. 8 to 10 at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel in Dana Point, California. The annual conference is where senior executives from the nation’s largest volume home builders gather for unparalleled content and industry planning.

Key sessions will include an annual economic outlook with Zonda chief economist Ali Wolf and Danushka Nanayakkara-Skillington, assistant vice president of forecasting and analysis at the NAHB; a CEO power panel with Taylor Morrison’s Sheryl Palmer and Dream Finders Homes’ Patrick Zalupski; and a discussion about health and well-being at home with Lennar chief medical officer Dr. Pascal Goldschmidt.

Other panels at the three-day event will tackle the move to online home buying, reimagined finance and capital, the benefits of a diverse team, locking down on land, reinventing the supply chain, and the state of M&A.

In addition to the Builder 100 event in September, Builder magazine and Zonda, its parent company, will hold a Builder 100 Insider virtual event Nov. 9 and 10. This event will provide an exclusive look into the strategies and tactics of the nation’s top builders as well as a 2022 forecast.
