Establishing its fourth division in the state, Dream Finders Homes—BUILDER’s 2025 Builder of the Year—has launched a new Southeast Florida Division.
Jon Long has been appointed as president of the new division and will oversee the home builder’s operations that span the Space Coast and Treasure Coast regions from Port St. Lucie North to New Smyrna Beach. The new division has launched in conjunction with Wylder, a new Dream Finders community set in Port St. Lucie.
“We’re excited to introduce Wylder, the first community in our new division, which offers modern living in a highly convenient location—just minutes from Interstate 95, close to shopping and dining, and with beaches less than 30 minutes away,” Long says.
“As with our other Florida communities, we’re confident that buyers in Port St. Lucie will be drawn to our single-family homes, which are available on larger homesites compared to other offerings in the area.”
The new community will also introduce three new floor plans to its total lineup of nine designs.
Wylder will feature 196 single-family homesites, ranging from 1,850 to 3,273 square feet. Community amenities will include a clubhouse with a fitness center; a playground; a pool; pickleball courts; and a dog park in phase one. Dream Finders plans to add additional amenities in the second phase.
