Conger shares about her interesting start in the home building industry and the steps she has taken to grow CBH Homes. As the largest privately held builder in Idaho, Conger and her team build over 2,000 homes a year.
She is the author of three inspirational leadership books, including “You Go First: How to Become the Leader Your Team Needs” and “Better Human: It’s a Full-Time Job.” Filled with “insatiable curiosity,” Conger says, “Through all these years, I’ve been able to learn every lane of the industry, and it’s because I’m willing to say ‘yes’ and willing to try everything.”
