Now, the Millennial generation makes up the largest portion of the U.S. population, and more recent college graduates enter the workforce each day. Drew Marich, head of operations for the wellness company Grokker, details his company’s unique way of enticing Millennials to work at its San Jose, Calif. offices. Besides eating lunch together every day with no work talk, Grokker has implemented a few policies to make it a desirable employer for Millennials.
