KB Home announced that Glen Longarini has been named president of its Los Angeles/Ventura division. In this role, Longarini is responsible for all of KB’s home building operations in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, from land acquisition, and construction, to sales, and customer service.
“We are pleased to promote Glen Longarini to serve as president of the Los Angeles/Ventura division,” said Nick Franklin, executive vice president of Strategic Operations for KB Home in a statement. “Glen returned to KB Home two years ago as executive vice president, and he has done an outstanding job acquiring, opening and re-positioning several communities in critically important sub-markets. With his extensive experience and understanding of the Los Angeles and Ventura markets, we are confident that Glen will continue to be an asset to KB Home as we grow our presence in the region.”
Longarini has more than 20 years of residential construction experience in Southern California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from CSU Northridge, and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
KB Home is currently open for new home sales at eight locations in Los Angeles and Ventura.
