Tampa Bay Business Journal staffer Ashley Gurbal Kritzer reports that Mattamy Homes has closed on a $16 million stake of Triple Creek, a complement of 374 lots in the master-planned community outside of Tampa. Developer GreenPointe Communities says 1,400 lots remain for sale.
