Mattamy Homes announced it has appointed Harry Lourimore to President of the company’s Phoenix Division, effective May 31, 2016. Hewill oversee all aspects of Mattamy’s business – including land acquisition and development, marketing, sales and construction – in the Phoenix market.
Lourimore has more than 20 years of experience in the home building industry, most of it in the Phoenix marketplace. Prior to joining Mattamy he was with K. Hovnanian Homes as the Arizona Division President, overseeing the company’s consolidated Phoenix operations and delivering more than 500 homes a year for the market’s sixth-largest builder.
Previously Lourimore was with KB Home as SVP Land and VP Land Acquisition in Phoenix and also worked with the Land Advisors Organization, the largest brokerage company in the US focused exclusively on land. With degrees in Anthropology and History as well as a Masters of Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University, Lourimore holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License and is on the board of directors of the Home Builder’s Association of Central Arizona.
