Ruiz is past chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Residential Neighborhood Development Council (RNDC) Gold and currently serves as vice chair of RNDC Blue. She chairs the NAHB Communications Committee as well as the organization’s Sales & Marketing Ideas magazine’s editorial advisory group and is a past National Sales and Marketing Council’s Board of Trustees.
