The largest home builders in the nation will gather for the 2022 Builder 100 event May 2 to 4 at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel in Dana Point, California. The conference will afford attendees networking as well as content and industry planning focused on improving company’s top and bottom lines.
In the keynote presentation, generational expert Kim Lean will share insights to help attendees gain a deeper understanding of their teams, customers, and communities. The founder and content director of Inlay Insights, Lear will use data-backed research and surveys to explore how the things that make us human—our aspirations, values, relationships, and work—have evolved over time during her presentation “The Great Reshuffle: Prepare for the Future.”
During the CEO Power Panel, Tim Sullivan, senior managing principal at Zonda, will moderate a conversation featuring top executives: John Ho, CEO of Landsea Homes; Ryan Marshall, CEO of Pulte Homes; and Joel Shine, CEO of Exceller LLC. The leaders will share how they have gained a competitive advantage and overcome challenges during the disruptive times of supply woes, labor concerns, and rising costs.
Sullivan and Zonda chief economist Ali Wolf will share the latest information on the housing industry with attendees and forecast what’s to come in 2022 and beyond during the economic outlook session.
