Gary Delman, CEO of Sunrise Windows and Doors, announced today that Sunshine is set to merge with Paragon Windows and Doors.

“We are excited to unite with an industry leader in the pre-hung door market,” says Delman. “The Paragon name is synonymous with quality, performance and innovation, a perfect match for our philosophy.”

The new combined company will be known as Sunrise Windows and Doors. It will offer Sunrise’s custom-made windows and patio doors alongside Paragon’s line of replacement windows, Compozit and Compozit 2, and its steel, fiberglass and storm doors.

Larry Smith, President of Paragon Windows and Doors, will continue to run Paragon’s existing factory in Louisville, Kentucky. “Integrating Paragon’s operation with Sunrise just makes a lot of sense,” says Smith. “They have outstanding product lines and a long history of success in the window business. Their sales organization is the industry’s gold standard and will help us grow the Paragon dealer partner network.”

Sunrise’s windows and doors are manufactured in Temperance, Mich. and Toledo, Ohio. Its existing dealer partner network distributes its products in 36 states.
