UCP Adds Eric H. Speron to its Board of Directors

Speron will bring 16 years of financial advisory experience into his new position.

The UCP, Inc. Board of Directors has elected Erich H. Speron as a new director, effective December 12th, 2016. Speron will replace current board member John R. Hart, whose resignation is effective when Speron takes office as a Class I Director.

Speron brings 16 years of financial management and advisory experience to his directorial role. He is on the Board of Directors for UCP’s controlling stockholder, PICO Holdings, and also a member of the CFA Institute, the Orange County Society of Financial Analysts, and the First Foundation Advisors investment committee.

Speron has worked with First Foundation Advisors since 2007, and currently manages three portfolios for First Foundation members. He was also a member of JPMorgan’s Institutional Equity division until 2007.

UCP is ranked No. 58 on the Builder 100, and currently builds and develops in California, Washington, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.
