Tennessee-based manufactured home builder Clayton has released its first-ever mobile app, called MyMobi Home Finder, available now for select smartphones as a downloadable application.
Launched last month, MyMobi Home Finder is an all-inclusive app with several features that buyers will find useful in their search for a manufactured home. With this application, users can take advantage of all the following features:
- Geolocation that shows users where they are on a map relative to manufactured homes for sale in their area.
- Information on homes available at Clayton-authorized retailers that includes price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage and location, along with filters that allow users to refine their results based on these factors.
- Photo galleries that show interior and exterior views of the homes available for purchase.
- A favorites section that allows homebuyers to save their favorite homes for sale and revisit them at a later time.

smartphone app will be extremely handy to customers who want to shop at their
own pace with the convenience of mobile,” Clayton CEO Kevin Clayton says.
