“Young professionals are drawn to the Medici townhome models because they offer luxury living at an affordable price,” says builder Curt Pryde. The townhomes are priced from $179,950 to $188,950. Amenities include a clubhouse for entertaining, a patio and heated pool, meeting rooms, and a 24-hour fitness center. Since sales started in July of last year, the homes have been selling at a phenomenal 13 units per month.
