The best-selling, 2,835-square-foot Hawthorn Lux features big bedrooms, super-sized dining, living, and family rooms, a basement that runs the length of the house, and a two-car garage.

The 84-acre community boasts a full-size, irrigated soccer/ baseball/football field as well as a multipurpose sport court.

Sales had to be halted for seven months in 2004 due to production delays and too many sales.
