LGI Homes announced that it closed 351 homes October 2016, up from 264 home closings in October 2015. That represents a year-over-year growth of 33%.
LGI ended the first ten months of 2016 with 3,375 home closings, a 24% increase over 2,722 home closings during the first ten months of 2015.
As of the end of October 2016, the Company had 61 active selling communities. LGI, which is known for building entry-level homes, operates in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Washington and Oregon.
