LGI’s July Closings Fall Off

Still, the builder's 2016 deliveries rise.

Woodlands, Texas-based LGI Homes announced Wednesday that it closed 306 homes in July 2016, compared to 311 home closings in July 2015. However, the entry-level builder ended the first seven months of 2016 with 2,278 home closings, a 24.1% increase over 1,835 home closings during the first seven months of 2015.

As of the end of July 2016, the Company had 58 active selling communities.
