Maracay Homes has dropped the homes and added a mountain ridgeline to its logo.
Maracay, a wholly owned company of the TRI Pointe Group (NYSE: TPH), on Tuesday unveiled its new logo and branding, inspired by the Arizona landscape where Maracay planted its roots more than 25 years ago.
The new logo features a mountain ridgeline representation carved into a deep orange backdrop that celebrates the wild beauty of a desert sunset. Inspired by Arizona’s natural surroundings, the new logo uses warm desert colors with tones that uplift the environment and reinforce brand recognition in a timeless expression. The rebranding effort also shortens the company name from Maracay Homes to simply Maracay.
“As an Arizona based company, we know our market like no one else, and now our logo reflects this truth in a simple, yet distinctive way,” said Maracay President Andy Warren. “Through our journey, the company mission has remained constant. We only build in Arizona’s best locations. We deliver tailored design and superior choices. And, our team rises to the occasion. That’s never going to change. But, the way we express it will.”
Maracay worked with Greenhaus, a marketing and advertising agency, to develop a logo that better communicates Maracay’s position as a builder with the home-field advantage that is focused on its people, the customer experience and its approach to developing quality homes in Arizona.
