    • Most common options:

  • 14-SEER upgrade: $5,000 to $10,000, depending on size and number of systems
  • Variable-speed air handling unit: $1,000 to $2,800
  • Zoning of system(s): $3,000 to $5,000
  • Electrostatic air cleaners: $400 to $800
