“The One Visit Experience” offers potential home buyers a first-hand glimpse of life in a Miller & Smith home and community.

Washington, D.C.-area home builder Miller & Smith is launching the “One Visit Experience,” a regional roadshow that will give potential home buyers a glimpse of life in a Miller & Smith home and community. Event participants will be able to tour design-forward homes, test drive a new car around the community, and sample neighborhood fare. The campaign also offers unique incentives and giveaways for participants. See the roadshow preview here.

Participants who take a photo in the event’s photo booth and share what’s most important to them throughout their home buying journey will be entered to win a two-year lease on a new Mini Cooper. In partnership with Mini of Sterling, Va., a Mini Cooper will be available on site for guests to test drive throughout the surrounding neighborhood.

Those who purchase a Miller & Smith home during the roadshow tour will be entered to win a custom home design from Washington, D.C.-based interior designer Kerra Michele. In addition, every participant will be given a community-curated “swag bag” featuring special offerings and products from local businesses.

The program will be held on select weekends from February through April 2018 across nine Miller & Smith communities.
