Schumacher Homes, based in Canton, OH, on Tuesday announced it has opened a new model home and Custom Home Design Studio in Charleston, WV.

The Charleston Office, conveniently located in Southridge Center, builds custom homes on their customers’ home sites in Jackson, Kanawha, Putnam and Cabell Counties from 1350 sq. ft and up and starting from $125,000. Customers can tour the Olivia B, a National Association of Home Builders award-winning model home, seven days a week.

“The Olivia’s 2,700 sq. ft., with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, offers the epitome of the family floor plan,” says Mary Schumacher Becker, VP of Sales and Marketing at Schumacher Homes. “This award-winning home provides a massive kitchen island, a huge walk-in pantry, cedar beams in the two-story Great Room, and an expansive Great Room/kitchen combo where the whole family can be together. The first floor master boasts dual vanities, a spa-like bathroom and an enormous walk in closet.”

The Charleston Design Studio is housed in the Pikes Peak, one of Schumacher Homes’ most popular plans from its Earnhardt Collection™, designed to provide a spectacular view of nature’s landscape. The Earnhardt Collection™ is inspired by Kerry and René Earnhardt’s desire to celebrate family time and outdoor living. The studio is fitted with displays of aesthetic choices for the homeowners.

Schumacher Homes offers its customers new custom home designs in multiple styles including one-story, two-story, American Tradition, Craftsman, French Country, Coastal and Mountain-Cabin styles. The company has operations in 32 markets in 14 states across the country.
