Vegas is the latest battleground for real estate mogul Donald Trump and ex Ivana, who are now vying to trump each other in the luxury condo market. His $500 million Trump International Hotel & Tower broke ground July 12 and is already sold out. Her taller luxury tower, Ivana Las Vegas, set for completion in 2008, is expected to earn more than $1 billion in gross sales, making it the most expensive single residential building in history.
