Megatel Homes LLC in Dallas on Wednesday announced its Megatel COVID-19 Front Line Heroes Program, which offers medical, law enforcement and firefighting professionals on the front line of the coronavirus pandemic with a credit for six months of principal and interest payments towards the purchase of a new Megatel-built home.
“The economic crisis caused by the pandemic may lead many to end their dream of homeownership, but it doesn’t have to,” said Aaron Ipour, co-founder. “Megatel is proud to do our part as grateful members of the American business community to support our economy and give thanks to those who are bravely serving us all.”
Zach Ipour, co-founder of Megatel Homes added, “My brother Aaron and I started Megatel Homes in 2006 as a small remodeling company and have since grown to become one of the largest private home builders in the nation. Our success would not have been possible without the support of our local community and the services provided by our local law enforcement, health care and firefighting professionals and we are pleased to give back to them whenever we can, such as with this program.”
Launched on April 17, 2020, the Megatel COVID-19 Front Line Heroes Program provides six months of mortgage relief to new homebuyers who work on the front line of the pandemic response. Specifically, this includes medical professionals, police officers and fire fighters. It applies to those who purchase a new Megatel home before May 31, 2020 and includes both principal and interest payments.
