In celebration of SuperBowl LI, scheduled for Feb. 5 in Houston, Johnson Development Corp. has kicked off a football-themed promotion for potential home buyers.
Its $100,000 Gridiron Giveaway is open to potential customers who stop by one of the company’s model homes. Through January, people visiting any model home in a Johnson Development community in the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth regions will receive a scratch-off card with six hidden matching symbols. Anyone revealing all six wins.
“All eyes are on Sunday, Feb. 5, when the biggest game in football comes to Houston, and we wanted to host an equally big promotion,” says Doug Goff, Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Development.
Winning cards must be validated by the firm’s promotions company. In the case of multiple winners, the $100,000 prize will be split. Builder sales representatives will be handing out one card per family.
