Taylor Morrison ranks highest in trust among national home builders, according to Lifestory Research’s recently released Most Trusted 2017 Home Builder Study. In its fifth year, the study tracks over 100 builder brands in 35 of the largest housing markets in the United States. Based on 31,764 new home shoppers in the United States, the study is concerned with examining how trust influences consumers’ evaluations of home builder brands.
“We know from the opinions of new home shoppers that trust has a bottom line impact on the purchase decisions they make,” says Lifestory Research president Eric Snider. “It is a distinction that Taylor Morrison has captured the trust of home shoppers in two consecutive years in the study. Trust is the new currency by which people evaluate brands. When a brand attains the trust of people, the brand stands apart from all others.”
