Bill Viner, CEO of Pepper Viner Homes, has announced that Steve Crawford has taken the position of COO for the community home builder.
“Steve has worked with us since 2013 and is well versed in the various operations of the company and the key performance indicators to make us successful,” Viner said. “He has previously served as a director of sales and marketing and designated broker.”
Viner continued, “Steve’s diverse background and history in the new home market makes him a natural to step into this role.”
Crawford, a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona, has been active in the construction and real estate industry for the past 30 years, including land acquisition and development, golf course communities and custom homes. The company has several active new home communities, including Camino Modern at Camino Seco and Old Spanish Trail.
