Clayton Gets Into the Movie Business, Sort Of

Produces videos that feature staff members talking about their jobs and the company.

MARYVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 22, 2016–Clayton, one of the largest builders of manufactured, modular and site-built homes combined in America, has released a series of videos that highlights the stories of its team members and their experiences working for the company over the years in their various job roles.

The “I am Clayton” video series shares the different steps it takes to help a customer achieve home ownership through the words of Clayton employees at every touchpoint. The series features testimonials from the real people who work day-in and day-out to contribute to building some of the best quality, affordable homes in the U.S. The videos cast team members who work in several different areas—from home builders to website developers—and allows them to tell their Clayton story in their own words.

“A company is only as good as its people, and we are very blessed with great people working at Clayton,” CEO Kevin Clayton said. “Hearing their stories will give our customers important insights about every step of the homebuilding process, from design to delivery.”

The videos include employees engaged in several different jobs and experience levels with the company. They tell the story of employees who are new to the company, as well as those who have been with Clayton for several years. The team members featured also come from several different departments, including: innovative floorplan design, home building, customer service, digital experience, home consultation and home services (delivery and set up).

“Every one of our team members contributes greatly to our exceptional customer experience commitment directly or indirectly,” Clayton said. “We are excited to introduce home buyers to the very special real faces behind the Clayton name.”

Clayton will be releasing the videos on its YouTube channel and Facebook page over the coming weeks.
