Partners in Building, Houston, has named Eric Zahn as Area President for Nashville, a market that the custom home building company entered in 2016 and where it is rapidly expanding.
Zahn will oversee Partners in Building’s Nashville operations, which include Lookaway Farms, a 178-acre community it is developing in Southern Williamson County. Lookaway Farms has 108 oversized home sites for homes priced from the $800,000s to over $1 million.
Partners in Building is also building in the Brentwood area communities of Terrabrooke and Belle Terra, and plans to add several new Nashville area developments to its portfolio in 2018. The company’s Nashville office is located in Brentwood.
Zahn has been with Houston-based Partners in Building since 2006, starting as a building superintendent and advancing through the company as a construction manager, project manager and area manager. He was named Houston Area President for the company in 2014.
“We have never been more excited about the opportunities available for Partners in Building in Nashville,” says Jim Lemming, President of Partners in Building. “Eric has grown up with the company and brings a keen insight into the culture and processes that make us a leading custom home builder in all of the markets where we build.”
Partners in Building is one of the leading custom home builders in the southern United States, with operating divisions in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Nashville. The company closes more than 200 luxury custom homes a year, with an average sales price of above $800,000.
Eric Zahn was born and raised in Cypress, Texas, a suburb of Houston. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas A&M University. He has relocated to Nashville with his wife and two young children.
