Taylor Morrison has been named one of azcentral.com’s Top 100 Companies to Work for in Arizona based on employee evaluations of the home builder, the company reported Thursday.
The award assesses companies based on their strength in eight areas, including Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement and is based on employee opinion of performance in those areas.
