Perry Homes, No. 22 on the 2025 Builder 100 list, has opened two model homes in Turnleaf, a new master plan minutes from Florida’s Gulf Coast. Marking Perry Homes’ expansion across Florida, Turnleaf will offer well-appointed homes with high quality standard features and thoughtful design elements.

Perry Homes will offer 25 plans ranging from 2,011 square feet to 3,600 square feet with three to four bedrooms, two to three car garages, half baths, and one to two stories. In the city of Punta Gorda, Turnleaf’s amenities will include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and sports courts.
In addition to Turnleaf, Perry Homes is building in communities in Jacksonville, Orlando, Port St. Lucie, Sarasota, and Tampa. In Texas, the home builder is in over 140 communities throughout Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.
