Shea Homes is bringing the Trilogy brand to Texas with the introduction of Converde, a Trilogy Boutique Community opening next year within Evergreen in Conroe, Texas.
Designed for 55-plus residents, Converde plans to offer a vibrant lifestyle focused on connection, wellness, and exploration, says Shea Homes active lifestyle communities president Jeff McQueen.

The Evergreen master-planned community and its amenities span 740 acres, and Converde will stretch 170 acres of it with approximately 540 homes. It will be the only gated section of the community. Buyers will be able to choose from three different home collections featuring nine single-story floor plans for active adults ranging from approximately 1,507 to 2,579 square feet.

Shea Homes is planning resort-style amenities, including the Open Wellness + Social Club, an extension of every member’s home, and an exclusive amenity for Trilogy homeowners. The planned club will feature a fitness and wellness center, an eatery, a resort pool, pickleball and bocce courts, and an onsite lifestyle director curating events year-round. Converde homeowners will also have access to Evergreen’s Arbor Amenity Village, featuring a resort-style pool, recreation center, pickleball courts, and more.
