Public builders KB Home, LGI Homes, and Century Communities ranked among the World’s Most Trustworthy Companies for 2024, according to Newsweek and Statista.
The list recognizes companies “that have earned the confidence of consumers, investors, and employees by producing quality products, paying employees fair wages, and appointing effective leaders,” according to Newsweek. KB Home and Century Communities were recognized in the Real Estate & Housing category, and LGI Homes was included in the Construction & Building Materials category.

In its second year, the World’s Most Trustworthy Companies list recognizes 1,000 companies across 23 industries and 20 countries based on an independent survey of more than 70,000 participants and 230,000 evaluations from customers, investors, and employees. The list also incorporates “social listening,” an analysis of company mentions across social platforms. For eligibility, companies needed to generate at least $500 million in annual revenue.
