PulteGroup announced it has been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability North American Index, a global benchmark for corporate responsibility and sustainability. The Company remains the only U.S. home builder in the Consumer Durables and Apparel industry group listed in the DJSI North American Index.

Pulte also recently released its 2016 Corporate Responsible Strategy Report , ” Quality. Sustainability. Transparency .” The report provides an update on the Company’s efforts to run a more sustainable business and summarizes many of the Company’s underlying initiatives.
Highlights from the PulteGroup Corporate Responsible Strategy Report include:
- The first prototype of a Zero Net Energy home and other green technologies in the home.
- Notable environmental impact initiatives by region.
- Volunteerism: Approximately 75,000 hours donated to nearly 150 non-profit organizations nationwide.
- Built to Honor : 40 mortgage-free homes built for wounded veterans across the country through the Company’s Built to Honor program.
