August Existing Homes are on tap to come out this Monday. After hitting an eight-year high at 5.59 million in July, Wall Street expects them to fall to 5.50 in August.

KB Home is slated to announce its third quarter earnings on Thursday. In the second quarter, it beat expectations on both expectations with both orders and gross margins. J.P. Morgan’s Michael Rehaut estimates order growth of 29% and gross margins of 16.6% this time.
- August New Home Sales will come out on Thursday. After rebounding to 507,000 in July, Wall Street expects more growth—to 515,000—in August.
