Here’s a brief round-up of some important announcements heading our way this week:

  • Lennar, the second largest builder in the country, will announce third quarter earnings on Monday. In the second quarter, Lennar produced better than forecast home building revenue growth.

  • August Existing Homes are on tap to come out this Monday. After hitting an eight-year high at 5.59 million in July, Wall Street expects them to fall to 5.50 in August.

  • On Tuesday, IBACOS monthly blog for BUILDER will address the cost of quality.

  • Each year Pantone releases the Pantone Spring Color report during New York Fashion Week. On Wednesday, BUILDER’s Leah Demirjian take a look at this year’s report, which often influences furniture, paint shades, and interiors.

  • Expect a roundup of tiny homes from BUILDER’s Jenn Goodman this Wednesday.

  • KB Home is slated to announce its third quarter earnings on Thursday. In the second quarter, it beat expectations on both expectations with both orders and gross margins. J.P. Morgan’s Michael Rehaut estimates order growth of 29% and gross margins of 16.6% this time.

  • August New Home Sales will come out on Thursday. After rebounding to 507,000 in July, Wall Street expects more growth—to 515,000—in August.
